Habitat for Humanity

Psalm 100:1-5•1 Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.

•2 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

•3 Know that the LORD is God. It is he who made us, and we are his we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

•4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.

•5 For the LORD is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Environment • the external surroundings in which a plant or animal lives, which tend to influence its development and behaviour

• The circumstances or conditions that surround one; surroundings

• The place that gives an organism the power to be productive, grow, and multiply.

• Everything that is alive has a specific environment that it must live in in order to function at full capacity.

• The environment that it is created to live in is called it’s natural habitat.

• The word habitat comes from the Latin meaning “it inhabits”

• Inhabit -to occupy as a place of settled residence or habitat : live

- to live or dwell in

- to exist or be situated within

- Populate

• Nothing that is alive can be where you are until you create a habitat that is conducive for it to dwell.

• God is alive therefore there must be a habitat created for him to dwell where you are.

• Psalms 22:1-3

• 1My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

•  2O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

• 3But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

God’s Habits 1.God has a habit of bringing you into a place of freedom.

2.God has a habit of opening doors that have been closed.

3.God has a habit of encouraging you in the most discouraging situations.

4.God has a habit of healing your body from all manner of disease.

4.God has a habit of mending broken relationships.

5.God has a habit of supplying are your needs in times of distress.

6.God has a habit of being your strength is your weakest moment

7.God has a habit of bringing you joy in the midst of sorrow.

8.God has a of making your enemies your foot stools.

9.God has the habit of doing the impossible defying all human logic.
