Following the victorious introduction of the Panel Highbay in 2013, the up-

grade generation of LEDs has further improved efficacy by adopt Philips

Lumileds and total cost of ownership.

Designed as a replacement for HPS/HPI 250/400 W luminaires, TF7A

Highbay offers end user all-round benefits of LED lighting – clear and clean

light quality, longer lifespan, saving energy & maintenance cost. At the

same time, it delivers advantages for the installer too. The luminaire is in-

stalled on the present grid. there's no need to open the luminaire for instal-

lation and few tools is needed for maintenance .

Maintenance

The luminaire shall be installed or maintained by a qualified electrician and wired in accord-ance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or the national requirements.

If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively re-placed by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person in order to avoid hazard.

Maintenance

i. Make sure power switch, is off before disconnect

cable. Put lamps on a stable table with screwdriver

ready.

ii. There are 5 screws need to unfasten and loose the

blue connector ring of cables in order to remove

cover of TF7A.

iii. Change defected module by screwdriver and

replace new module and reconnect power supply

unit.

iv. The lampshade is re installed, and tighten the eye

screws ,screw fastening of cable connector.

as the product brightness, stable performance and service life of a

reliable guarantee. The fin radiator and aluminum radiator, provide

more choices for your needs working principle of phase change

heat transfer, the structure is in a vacuum metal enclosed tube

device of the capillary wick and liquid refrigerant, when the two

ends of the pipe temperature, liquid refrigerant heat absorption

and evaporation, and quickly transferred to the condensing end,

HADA Lighting Technology Co., Limited Warranty Terms

HADA Lighting Technology Co., Limited. Warrants it’s new, factory certified products and

its parts against defects in material and/or workmanship during the specified warranty

period. During this period, HADA LIGHTING will, at its sole option, repair or replace a

defective product or part without charge to you. This excludes shipping back and forth.

This limited warranty covers normal usage only. HADA LIGHTING does not warrant and is

not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service or

parts, or the combination of HADA LIGHTING LED products with other products. This

limited warranty does not cover other products not from HADA LIGHTING.

1. Warranty period:

HADA offer different warranty period accord to Products Series as listed below:

LED High bay (TF*A Series) are warranted to be free from defect for a period of Six

(6) years from the date of their original purchase.

LED High Bay (- K | - G | - P | -L Series) are warranted to be free from defect for a period

of Five (5) years from the date of their original purchase.

LED Flood Light (H Series) are warranted to be free from defect for a period of Five

(5) years from the date of their original purchase.

Any other products haven’t listed above are warranted to be free from defect for a

period of Three (3) years from the date of their original purchase.

2. HADA LIGHTING liability under the limited warranty

Within the warranty period, HADA LIGHTING provides free repairing service. If the

certain item cannot be repaired, HADA LIGHTING will provide the new one for

replacement at no extra cost. In case the model is suspended, HADA LIGHTING will

replace the item with similar grade and pricing ones.

Within the warranty period, HADA LIGHTING bears the shipping cost back and forth

for replacing the defective goods only for products under warranty.

HADA LIGHTING retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if

damages are covered by the warranty. In case of a claim that is not covered by the

warranty, you will be contacted to determine whether HADA LIGHTING should repair

the damage for a fee or whether the product should be returned to you as received by

HADA LIGHTING.

3. Exclusions - This warranty does not cover the following:

Problems caused by improper operation of the buyer.

Goods dismantled or modified without approval from HADA LIGHTING. Goods

replaced with parts that do not come from HADA LIGHTING.

Loss of HADA LIGHTING's serial number on the LED Lighting.

Operation temperature exceeds the range of -40 to 70 degree centigrade.

Repair work done by unauthorized personnel without HADA LIGHTING’s approval.

Force Majeure and other act of God.

4. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedures

This provision excludes products, which defects are caused by customer and/or

carrier’s mishandling.

Customer shall contact HADA LIGHTING and fill RMA form (Item information should

include returned quantity, model# problem description and pictures for proof.
