Learner’s Experiences
We have had an extensive transition programme and aim to make the final steps in transition between nursery and Primary 1 as smooth as possible.
We ensure continuity of learning experiences and environment.
Provide enjoyable as well as challenging learning experiences for children where they are actively engaged throughout the day.
Children should know what it is they are learning and how they can be successful.
An Active Learning Environment
Curriculum designed to stimulate curiosity, challenge, stimulate investigation and creativity
Children not always sitting at a table Investigating imaginative and interesting
resources in the classroom similar to those in the nursery
Children working as a individual, group or class Continue to experience learning in an outdoor
environment Encouraged to be independent and take
responsibility
