• Mission is to help provide healthcare assessment and treatment in the garment sector

• To date, we have evaluated workers in 5 (five) Bangladeshi garment and textile factories since 2013

• We can diagnose and treat up to 750 factory workers per day on-site

Health On Wheels

• In 2013, we did large overall health assessment and identified most common diseases

• We were able to identify new cases of hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, anemia and presumed cancer cases

• Based upon this information, we now focus on hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, high-risk pregnancy, and anemia

• Ante- and post-natal care, to ensure safe infant delivery

• Health and general hygiene education

• Feminine health and hygiene education

HoW on-site curative care

• Treatment of infectious disease such as typhoid, malaria, tuberculosis, dengue, hepatitis, diarrhea

• Treatment of chronic disease and non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, and high-risk pregnancy

Mobile health care delivery system

• A sophisticated mobile device-based m-Health and electronic medical record (EMR) SW is used to coordinate screening test results, diagnosis, and treatment regime with our physicians.

• All patient and employer records are kept strictly confidential and secured. Workers are seen each month, and followed up as necessary to improve their physical and mental health.

Diabetes Mellitus

11% of total workforce have undiagnosed high blood sugar! 7.5% are undiagnosed high blood pressure!

11% workers are either diabetic or have impaired glucose tolerance (undiagnosed)

7.5% workers are hypertensive (undiagnosed)
