The prophet Isaiah speaks to Israel and addresses their complaint, “My way of serving G‑d has been ignored by the Lord, and from my G‑d, my judgment passes unrewarded."

The people are wondering and complaining why G-d does not respond to their good behavior.

He doesn’t reward them either.

Isaiah reminds the people of G-d’s greatness.

The Lord is almighty and superior and Isaiah tells and reminds the people not do doubt him.

Isaiah then tells the people that G-d will reward them.

“Youths shall become tired and weary, and young men shall stumble, but those who put their hope in the Lord shall renew their vigor, they shall raise wings as eagles; they shall run and not weary, they shall walk and not tire."

Isaiah is explaining that G-d will punish those who are not loyal and faithful by making the youth “tired and weary,” and “the man shall stumble”. Those who remained loyal to G-d will not grow weary and they shall have unlimited strength.

He then reminds the people that there is no comprehension of G-d’s wisdom, and that they can’t understand why G-d chose to delay the reward of the people’s righteousness.

The Haftorah then touches on the D’var Torah as Isaiah then speaks on another note and reminds the people of Abraham, the dweller of the east, who defeated the four kings.

He sais this because he is explaining how the people shouldn’t doubt G-d because he is responsible for the miraculous miracle of Abraham defeating the four kings.

Finally, G-d speaks to the people and tells them not to be discouraged because he is going to reward them.

"Do not fear for I am with you; be not discouraged for I am your G‑d.
