Hall Rental Agreement

The Renter ____________________________________, agrees to the following conditions for the rental of the West Hall of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.), Big Walnut Aerie No. 3261, located at 1623 Brice Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio:

1. Hall Rental shall be $__________ per hour ___ Half Hall (up to 100 people) ___ Whole Hall (100 to 200 people).

2. All Rentals subject to __________ hour minimum.

3. A Rental Deposit, no less than half the Hall Rental, must be paid in order to reserve the Hall and guarantee the date. Balance is due ___ / ___ / ______. Deposit will be forfeited and Hall will be made available for rental to others if Balance is not paid by Due Date.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE is $__________.

5. Refundable Security Deposit is: $__________.

6. BARTENDER FEE is: $__________ per hour. A 15% gratuity will be added to the total bar sales on Open Bars.

7. All tapped beer kegs must be paid for in Full.

8. No Beer, Liquor, or Wine purchased in the Social Room is allowed in the Rental Hall. No Beer, Liquor, or Wine purchased in the Rental Hall is allowed in the Social Room. No alcohol is permitted to leave the building. (Renters initials) __________

9. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will only be made with a thirty (30) days prior notice.

10. “LAST CALL” will be made at theiry (30) minutes prior to the close of event.

11. Absolutely no gambling allowed.

12. Renter will be held responsible for any and all damages.

13. Subject to Hall availability, decorating may be done on the day of rental to event.

No permanent attaching of decorations to the floor, walls or ceilings. Use push pins only. No tape, glue, staples, etc. Failure to remove decorations at close of event will result in a reduction from or forfeiture of

Security Deposit.

14. No use of the kitchen facilities or walk-in is permitted.

15. The purpose of this rental will not be for any political activity, or fundraiser thereof, or any money making purpose, unless approved by the F.O.E. Board of Trustees.

16. The Renter will ensure that all persons involved with Renterʼs function will abide by the rules of Big Walnut Aerie No. 3261, Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) and all state and local laws. Specifically, no one under the age of twenty-one (21) is permitted to consume any alcoholic beverages nor is the use of any drugs in or on the Aerie premises permitted by anyone. No alcohol is permitted to leave the building. The renter will be accountable for all persons attending the renterʼs function.

17. If the Renter hires any entertainment, they and their equipment must be removed within thirty (30) minutes of the close of the party.

18. All decorations must be removed and participants must depart within thirty (30) minutes of the close of the party.

19. This contract is subject to the approval of the F.O.E. Board of Trustees and may be revoked for reasons beyond the Aerieʼs control of if the Renter falsifies or violates the contract.

20. Specific and Itemized Costs, including those for Special Request, will be listed on the “Hall Rental Event Cost Breakdown” and become part of this agreement.
