AWS Group – Elite Hand Sanitiser: Supply and Pricing Valid until further notice As a producer of multiple sanitising solutions, including Elite Hand Sanitiser, we have experienced a huge increase in demand for our products as a result of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Our suppliers (for example raw material and bottle suppliers), have been impacted in the same way. AWS is now required to make upfront payments to many of our suppliers to secure the supply of materials needed for us to continue to manufacture product. If we do not make these payments, we cannot secure supply and it is allocated to others. Accordingly, we have been left with no choice but to implement the following measures to the supply of our Elite Hand Sanitiser product. Payment Terms New Customers
AWS will require a 50% deposit upfront on all orders of Elite Hand Sanitiser to secure your order. The remaining 50% will be due to secure delivery. Once you place a second order with us, you will become a Returning Customer and will qualify for the payment terms below for Returning Customers. Returning Customers AWS will require a 50% deposit upfront on all orders of Elite hand Sanitiser to secure your order, with the remaining 50% due on our normal payment terms of 20th month following invoice. Long Term, Loyal Customers AWS will require a 15% deposit upfront on all orders of Elite hand Sanitiser to secure your order, with the remaining 85% due on our existing payment terms with you. How long will these payment terms apply? We hope that relative normality will return to the market soon, however until it does the advised payment terms will unfortunately need to apply.
Current pricing and pack size availability We have chosen to support New Zealand suppliers of our bottles and will continue to do so, rather than sourcing offshore.
