Mission Statement Having sold out and built Phase One of the Amera project, we decided that it was the right time to introduce an investment opportunity. Each villa will come with a 30yr lease (renewable). Each villa owner will become a shareholder in the landowning company. Shareholding company will consist of 40 shares for 40 villas (one villa, one vote). Mountain View, the landholding company will issue new 30yr. leases at the end of the first lease period. Wallis International are the Thai agents, sorting the build project and in charge of company funds. Wallis Directors are also villa owners so everyone’s interests are at heart.

Financial Structure

An UK Escrow account has been set up to accept funds on behalf of the investor. International lawyers, based in Thailand, will oversee the build and release funds, subject to building schedules to protect your interests.
