Vor drei Jahren begann das Konsortium InnoServPro sich unter Führung der Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG einer Herkulesaufgabe zu stellen: Die Entwicklung von innovativen Serviceprodukten für das gesamte erweiterte Wertschöpfungsnetzwerk zur Realisierung von individualisierten, verfügbarkeits-orientierten Geschäftsmodellen (vGM) für Investitionsgüter. Die Grundlage dafür sind intelligente, kommunikationsfähige Komponenten, die Echtzeitdaten aus dem Betrieb der Investitionsgüter bereit-stellen, sowie deren Integration mit Stammdaten und Daten aus der Serviceerbringung zu einer durch-gängigen Datenbasis.
