Malaysian Festival at Dunes Café3rd May to 9th May from 7pm – 11pm (Dinner Only)

Malaysian guest chefs from Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur will be cooking upa feast of Malaysian favourites as part of the daily dinner buffet in Dunes Café.

Traditional Hawker style food stalls will feature live cooking stations on the terrace including satay,char kway teow and roti canai. Enjoy authentic Malay drinks including Teh Tarik,

a traditional way of making and serving tea. A 12 member dance troupe from Istaya Budaya(The Palace of Culture), the largest performing arts group in Malaysia, will be performing

Dim Sum is a Cantonese term for a type of Chinese dish that involves small individual portionsof food, usually served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate.
