Happiness is pushing a drop of water.

Happiness is our Internal Creation

4. Happiness is our internal creation and can be created irrespective of external comforts.

5. We use the objects as a stimulus to create a response, but the response is our choice.

6. Different people create different responses, using the same stimulus.

Happiness is a Journey

7. Happiness is not based on achievement. It is not at the destination, it is on the journey.

8. Happiness is a state of being, created while working towards the goal, not a feeling to be experienced after achieving the goal.

9. Before I take the responsibility of those around me, I need to take responsibility of my own thinking and feelings.

Happiness is our Strength

10. When I am happy and take care of others, then they will be happy.

11. Happiness is a stable state of mind irrespective of situations, and hence happiness is our strength.

12. Our wellbeing is dependent on our Physical Health, Mental Health, Social Health and Spiritual Health.

Happiness is my Own Creation

13. Happiness is not dependent on people. No one can make me happy and I can’t make others happy, till we want to do it for ourselves.

14. No one is responsible for my hurt, pain, fear or anger. It is my own creation in response to their behaviour. I have another choice.

STORY

The history of the baby frog.......

Once upon a time there was a bunch of baby frogs....

… participating in a competition.

Page 19: HAPPINESS

The target was to get to the top of a high tower.

A crowd of people had gathered to observe the race and encourage the

participants.....

Page 20: HAPPINESS

The start shot rang out.......

Quite honestly:None of the onlookers believed that the

baby frogs could actually accomplish getting to the top of the tower.

Page 21: HAPPINESS

Words like:"Åh, it’s too difficult!!!

They’ll never reach the top."or:

"Not a chance... the tower is too high!"

Page 22: HAPPINESS

One by one some of the baby frogs fell off…...Except those who fastly climbed higher and higher..

The crowd kept on yelling:"It’s too difficult. Nobody is going to make it!"

Page 23: HAPPINESS

More baby frogs became tired and gave up... ...But one kept going higher and higher.....

He was not about to give up!

At the end everybody had given up, except the one determined to reach the top!

All the other participants naturally wanted to know how he had managed to do what none of the others had been able to do!

Page 24: HAPPINESS

One competitor asked the winner, what was his secret?

The truth was.......

The winner was deaf!!!!

Page 25: HAPPINESS

The lesson to be learned:

Don’t ever listen to people who are negative and pessimistic...

…they will deprive you of your loveliest dreams and wishes you carry in your heart

Always be aware of the power of words, as everything you hear and read will interfere with your actions

Page 26: HAPPINESS

Therefore:Always stay…

POSITIVE!

And most of all:

Turn a deaf ear when people tell you, that you cannot achieve your dreams

Page 27: HAPPINESS

Always believe:

You can make it!
