HAPPY CUT, an essential tool in the DIY world!

The Happy Cut and the mini Happy Cut are cutting and embossing machines of the Artemio brand. They allow to cut and emboss patterns on several papers and materials. This way you can create numerous DIY projects: scrapbooking, home deco, etc.

Happy Cut machines work manually and easily: 1. You only have to stack a base pad, a cutting die (or embossing die),

the material you want to cut (or to emboss) and a cutting pad (or a silicone rubber). 2. Introduce them in the machine and turn the crank.3. You pattern is cut or embossed!The machines can be used with Artemio’s cutting and embossing dies and dies from other brands.

The main difference between the two machines is the cutting size.

The cleaning brush allows to separate easily the elements once the shape is cut in the chosen material. A foam mat is provided with the brush to use the tip easily and safely.

Accessories

Cutting dies allow to cut easily simple and complex shapes in several papers and materials. Artemio’s cutting dies are compatible with all the cutting machines.

You can check if the dies are compatible with the mini Happy Cut on the back side of the package.

Embossing dies allow to create 3D shapes on different types of paper and materials. They look like a folder in which you simply have to insert the material you want to emboss.

Colour the centre of your flowers with a stencil brush and chalk ink.

Cuts were made in 216g papers of different colours. Then, put together all shapes of your bird.

In order to make the peacock’s tail, you need to make three different cuts in different colour paper and to place them on top of each other.

Before cutting the letters, adhere an iron-on sheet to the back of the coated cotton in order to be able to stick these letters on your work.

Cut in a rough piece of cloth. This piece of cloth can fray to intensify the rustic effect.

Cut in each material. Put the cuts together on the die. Cut a double-sided adhesive sheet to the wooden plate size and stick it on the assembled pieces. Remove the protective film of the other adhesive side and adhere it to the wooden plate.

Cut in each material. Then, put everything together and stick the result on your tracing paper sheet.

You will find on this tray a range of material that can be embossed with the Happy Cut.

Turn the knob to 2D emboss and 0 pressure. Use soft paper (Bazzill 216g). Follow the order of the plates: standard platform, die, paper, silicone pad and finally cutting mat.

Put the plates in following order and emboss:

- Platform E - Rubber pad - Die - Paper - A second rubber pad - Platform B
