(See attached sheets) If 40 people sign up for Saturday Lunch, we will get lunch served on Saturday. WHAT TO BRING Flashlight, towels, linen and blanket (or sleeping bag), reading lamp, clock and camp chair. There are cabins with bunk beds and heat. There will be a Teen cabin, family cabin, couples cabin, single men cabin, and single women cabin. There are bathhouses that require a short walk from all the different cabins. Please, no pets except service animals.

JOINT  QUARTERLY  MEETING  SCHEDULE  October  12  –  13,  2013  

 SATURDAY  OCTOBER  12th  

 Arrive  early  for  committee  meetings  or  hiking    11AM-­  1:30PM  Registration  table  open    Noon  -­  1PM  LUNCH    NEW!!!    (If  fourty  people  register  for  lunch,  camp  will  serve  lunch)  Children  and  Middle  Youth  Programs  1pm  –  5pm.    Please  drop  off  and  pick  up  at  these  times.  1:30  –  2:30  Meeting  for  Business,  Miami  and  Whitewater  Quarterly  Meetings    3:00  –  4:30  Choose  a  Workshop         As  of  this  writing,  we  are  still  assembling  our  list  of  workshops.    There  will  be  three  workshops  offered  and  will  be  varied  in  content  and  interest.          Registration  Table  open  from  5pm-­‐5:30  and  from  6:30-­‐7pm    5:30  –  6:30  Dinner    7:00  –  8:00  Intergenerational  Worship  with  Attention  to  Movement      8:30  –  CAMPFIRE  GATHERING     Our  tribe  will  gather  to  make  Banana  Boats,  sing  campfire  songs,  and  provide  slots  for  some  story  telling.    If  you’d  like  to  lead  a  song  or  tell  a  story,  please  let  us  know  by  contacting  Charles  ([email protected]  513-­‐800-­‐8606)  or  Veronica  ([email protected]  937  864-­‐5360).    We  will  “loosely”  schedule  our  fun.

 Children’s  Program  will  be  run  by  Nikki  Coffey  Tousley.    If  you  would  like  to  volunteer  to  help  Nikki,  please  contact  Nikki  or  Registrar.    Program  will  run  from  1pm  -­‐  5pm  on  Saturday  and  9am  –  12pm  on  Sunday.      Be  prepared  to  play,  explore,  create,  and  learn  together.    Contact  Nikki  Coffey  Tousley  if  you  have  questions:  937-­‐253-­‐3366.  

 What  are  the  ages  for  the  different  youth  programs?  Middle  Youth  Program  participants  are  those  aged  10-­‐14  in  summer  2013.  Ten-­‐year-­‐olds  may  choose  either  the  Children’s  Program  or  the  Middle  Youth  Program  with  Middle  Youth  committee  clerk’s  approval.  Fourteen-­‐year-­‐olds  may  choose  either  the  Middle  Youth  Program  or  the  Teen  Program.    Teen  Program  participants  are  those  aged  14-­‐18  in  summer  2013.  Fourteen-­‐year-­‐olds  may  choose  either  the  Middle  Youth  group  or  the  Teen  group.    Middle  Youth  Program  runs  from  1-­5pm  Saturday  and  9am-­noon  Sunday.      During  other  times,  the  parent/guardian/sponsor  is  responsible.  Contact  Martha  Viehmann  at  513-­‐324-­‐8953  with  any  Middle  Youth  questions.  

DRIVING DIRECTIONS This is a notoriously tricky place to get to mainly because there are a number of “Old Nashville Roads” that intersect Indiana Route 46. Have some patience and enjoy the scenery.

If you have a GPS, try it! If not, here is backup: From  Interstate-­‐65  and  Indiana  State  Rt  46  at  Columbus,  Indiana-­‐  this  intersection  is  marked  by  a  “cool”  suspension  interstate  bridge  over  IN  46!  

Go West on IN-46, 6.4 miles Turn LEFT (South-West) onto Old Nashville Rd, go 0.3 miles Continue (South-West) on Fourmile Ridge Rd 0.5 miles Turn LEFT (South) onto S Harrison Ridge Rd 3.2 miles Turn RIGHT (South-West) onto Bellsville Pike 0.7 miles Turn RIGHT (North-West) onto Happy Hollow Rd 1.0 miles End: Arrive at 3049 Happy Hollow Rd, Nashville, IN 47448
