Harley-Davidson of Cartersville is proud to sponsor Advocates for

• Advocates for Children is a non-profit organization devoted to serving children and families in Bartow County and surrounding North Georgia counties. Through their umbrella of programs including Flowering Branch Children’s Shelter, A Better Way Children’s Advocacy Center, and Court Appointed Special Advocates, they strive to one day help create a world where all children are respected and loved, happy and thriving. With your help we can continue to bring hope and comfort to over 2,600 children every year and offer the compassion and integrity that so many children in our community need.

Harley Davidson Cartersville Presents … Fight Night 2!!

I would like to thank everyone that came out

to Fight Night 2. It was an overwhelming

success! It was better than Fight Night 1 and

will only get better. Fight Night 2’s most

exciting bout was the lady match. A full five

rounds of steady kicking and punching. Mary

Matia did a fine job and the crowd was

electrified!

The fight was just the highlight of the day.

The Blind Justice Band entertained the crowd

as they milled about the Harley-Davidson®

motorcycles, vendors and beer garden. The

bikini contest made a nice transition from

casual fun to the action-packed MMA fights.

I am especially thankful for our sponsors,

vendors and production teams. Everyone

involved in the production went above and

beyond to ensure that the day was an

entertaining and memorable occasion.

Brandi’s World Famous Hot Dogs are so delicious, I recommend the spicy chili dog! Whether you are in Marietta or Cartersville, stop by! You’ll be glad you did.

Our 2nd Annual Bikini Contest…this is becoming an event of its own. The top three become ring card girls for the MMA fights. People are clamoring over the annual commemorative t-shirts.

Angelo, from Angelo’s New York Style Pizza and Bistro and his great team of people, were making sure that the cold beer was flowing. They served their awesome pizza, meatball sandwiches and of course the fine Chicken Marsala for the Fight Night 2 V.I.P. ticket holders. We look forward to having Angelo’s back out for our next event!

?? Italian Ice helped cool down the heat generated by the bikini contestants. The Italian Ice is a great addition to any event!

We hope you will stop and give them try during our next event!

The Cartersville H.O.G. Chapter served up grilled hot dogs and burgers.

They are a staple at all of our events and we certainly appreciate the

services they provide helping with parking logistics and just about

anything asked of them. They are all a great bunch of people. If you

don’t belong to a H.O.G. chapter, then I recommend you join them.

Randy Isbell’s Steel Kookin’ is another regular at our events. Randy has been serving the best BBQ around.

If you have not tried his BBQ stuffed baked potato, then you are denying your taste buds a special treat. Randy is a very charitable person, especially when it comes to children.

It’s our Jump Start Ride Simulator. Assisted by one of our Rider Safety Instructors, you too can learn what it feels like to be on a Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle while going from 0-55 mph, up-shifting and down-shifting through the gears and coming to a safe stop.

The Blind Justice Band entertained the masses from morning until the bikini contest began.

It takes a lot to put on a MMA Fight. Bartow County EMS, just one group of

many medical professionals ready render aid. These folks are great,

courteous and professional. We feel very safe knowing that they are on

standby, should we need them.

The crowd grows in size and in anticipation as the bikini contestants trickle in from I-75 that was plagued by a large traffic jam.

If you like boiled peanuts and pork skins, these guys make them up right. If they are not here at Harley-Davidson of Cartersville, then you find them two-miles down from us on Hwy 411, just before Hwy. 41.

Harley-Davidson of Cartersville would like to thank the staff at Eagle Rock Distributing

Company, especially Raymond Sablon for their involvement with the very successful Fight

Night 2.

Raymond and his team helped us get through some logistical hurdles and made sure that

we were ready to serve up some ice cold Budweiser, Bud Light and Shock Top Belgian

White.

While Budweiser and Bud Light are always a staple at our events, we have agreed to

throw in something different once in awhile. Shock Top Belgian White was a definite

favorite for the 1,000’s that visited that day. The Belgian-style wheat ale with citrus peels

and coriander spice proved to be quite refreshing for all of our visitors throughout the

day.

Eagle Rock Distributing Company is an integral part of our events and as the Event

Manager; I can rest easy knowing they bring their A-Game allowing me to focus on last

minute event changes.
