Flexibility in layout – plan for longevity

Work with, not against, the building fabric

Everyone has direct access to natural daylight

Consolidate cellular spaces within the darker

floor plate

Consolidate resource areas – distribution of

shared spaces

Allow teams to flex within the space

Encourage opportunities for collaboration

Use materials that will stand the test of time

Keep a neutral base palette
