concreting phases and its weights caused by formwork.

SCB Climbing system – Operational possibilitiesThe particular geometry of these hydraulic works require systems able toabsorb the most different inclinations both positive and negative (sub-panel casting).The Harsco SCB system is able to absorb different inclinations required bydifferent construction’s type for which it has been studied. The system keeps the different work floors in

horizontal position in order to make safe and easy staff allocation and passage on them. The system fits topositive and negative inclinations with a few simple steps.

System’s anchorage

System’s anchorage:

2 different type of standard anchorage are possible.M 30 / DW 20 (allowable force 150 kN)

M 36 / DW 26,5 (allowable force 250 kN)

The anchorage consists in threaded anchor plate, tie rod DW and anchor cone.

The choice of anchorage typology is due to the project’s expected loads.

Preparation:The anchorage preparation can take place in two ways:

The shuttering skin must be provided with a through drill hole at the correct level.

Then the lead cone is to be screwed to the plywood by using the fit screw TE from behind the shuttering skin.If the drilling of the plywood is not possible, the preparation is done through the nailable fixing disk that isdirectly nailed on the shuttering skin.

Climbing preparation:After cast, before the moving back of formworkfor the dismantling, you unscrew the TE fixingscrew.

Whit the Screw-on plate:The formwork element is loosened from the wallwhen dismantling.The nailable disk remains to be fixed to the tiecone and must be unscrewed with a hexagon

soket screw key.

After this, the bracket bearing roll is fastened with

the hexagon fit screw.

Climbing anchor options
