HATCH! PROGRAM OVERVIEW
HATCH! PROGRAM is a start-up incubator and a social enterprise. We are focusing
on creating competitive, innovative and potential Vietnamese start-ups, as well as
building a strong startup ecosystem in Vietnam. HATCH! PROGRAM consists of two
pillars with two teams: Community Building and HATCH! Incubation.
Community Building
The team focuses on creating values for start-ups by connecting resources, simulating
sharing and building community around the startups scene in Vietnam. Its activities
are: HATCH! OPEN weekly coffee talk, Start-up course, Competition and an annual
start-up conference and exhibition HATCH! FAIR.
HATCH! Incubation
HATCH! INCUBATION program is designed to support that execution stage of
every startup by providing business assistance in a dynamic environment where
startups can learn, practice as well as exchange valuable and practical knowledge.
Business assistance at HATCH! INCUBATION PROGRAM typically takes the form
of business support packages including:
1) Guidance and mentorship on business strategy, management, marketing, financial,
legal and product development issues;
2) Facilitate exposure to a wide network of business resources and resources of
capital.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Community Building Team: (4 position)
1.1 Assistant manager: (1 position)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- The assistant manager will support to leader of community building team.
- Supervising and pushing up jobs of members in Community Building Team.
Requirements:
- Good memory
- Careful style of work -> “Careful working style”
- Good at teamwork
- Flexible timetable
- Be able to spend 6-8 hours/week on average and available for at least 6 months
1.2 Cameraman: (1 position)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Shooting film on HATCH! Events (HATCH! OPEN, INCUBATION,
HATCH! FAIR)
- Editing film
Requirements:
- Having camera
- Like filmmaking -> “Interested in film making”
- Flexible timetable
- Be able to spend 6-8 hours/week on average and available for at least 6 months
1.3 Copywriter: (1 position)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Writing articles to promote, advertise, review HATCH! Events
- Documenting internal meetings, meetings with startups
Requirements:
- Writing skill
- Flexible timetable
- Careful working style and detail-orientation
- Be able to spend 6-8 hours/week on average and available for at least 6 months
- Proactive learning about business, corporate and start-up
2. Start-up Incubation Team:
2.1. Account Manager: (1 position)
The Account Manager will be the main coordinator supporting the communication and
management system between one incubated startup and one board of mentors
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Building and sustain the relationships with mentors and startups
- Recruiting start-ups and support them in the incubation program
- Keeping track and evaluating the maturity of the incubated startups
- Developing best practices for growing start-ups and mentoring program
- Organizing programs & networking events to nurture incubated startups
Requirements:
- Experience or involvement in managing start-ups and business development
- Investment, incubation or startup experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Details orientation
- Flexible timetable
- Be able to spend 8-10 hours/week on average and available for at least 6
months
