CE/CME and Online Evaluation Instructions

2016 National Council Conference, March 7-9, 2016

Please read these instructions carefully. Have questions? Stop by the Registration Desk.

Instructions: 1. Review the attached packet for CE and CME session approvals.

2. Sign in and sign out by tapping your badge on the electronic scanners outside the session rooms.

Attendees must be present for the ENTIRE session to receive credit.

3. Access and complete the online evaluation:

www.TheNationalCouncil.org/Conference

Attendees may complete the evaluations online for up to 30 days (by Monday, April 11, 2016) after the conference. Attendees may also complete them at select kiosks by Registration in the afternoons each day.

Enter your badge number (located on your onsite name badge) and create a password.

Complete the demographic information requested.

Complete the evaluation for each session you attended.

Select which certificate(s) you need (see list on next page). Print a receipt.

Continuing education requirements vary from state to state. Many state boards grant reciprocity with national accrediting

organizations and other state boards. It is the responsibility of each professional to understand the requirements for license

renewal or check with the state or national licensing board and/or professional organization to become more familiar with

their policies for acceptable continuing education credit. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine

course approval.

This program has been approved by NBCC for NBCC Credit. The National Council for Behavioral Health is solely

responsible for all aspects of the program. NBCC Approval No. SP-2661.

The Compliance Certification Board (CCB) has approved this event for up to [26.1] CCB CEUs. Continuing Education

Units are awarded based on individual attendance records. Granting of prior approval in no way constitutes endorsement

by CCB of this program content or of the program sponsor.

For individuals applying for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy’s (NASBA) CPE credits at the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare’s 2016 National Council Conference, March 7-9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The delivery method of educational instruction is “Group-Live.” Sessions are approved for the following fields of study: business management and organization, finance, personal development, personnel and human resources, and specialized knowledge and application (ex. healthcare, HIPAA compliance). The Program Level is Intermediate. For prerequisites, attendees need a basic understanding of how the public behavioral health system works and how services are delivered and paid for. No advanced preparation is required. An attendee can earn up to 12 CPE credits for attending the full conference. In addition, an attendee can earn 6.5 CPE credits for attending a qualifying preconference university.
