DOWNLOAD THE AAROGYA SETU APP

The app will alert users if they come within proximity of an infected person.

It will inform users about best practices and relevant medical advisories.

The app is available for Android and iOS users.

The Government of India has launched the ‘Aarogya Setu App’ - a Bluetooth based COVID-19 tracker. Employees must download the Aarogya Setu App and check their health on the app before starting for work.

Wear your mask (and keep a spare one handy).

Always carry an alcohol-based sanitizer with you and cleanse your hands at regular intervals.

Carry home food. After all Ghar Ka Khana is Ghar Ka Khana…

Always carry your ID Card and “seat pass” - it’s difficult to recognize you with that mask after all!

Keep sanitizers in your cars/scooters/bikes.

Strictly follow the work-from-home/office/branch protocols that have been set.

Only permitted employees are allowed to work from the premise, as per agreements in respective departments.

Only permitted employees will be given a seat pass.

Entry of non-permitted employee is strictly prohibited till further notice.

Even permitted employees will not be allowed to visit the premise on holidays or work late hours. In case of any emergency, Group Head approval should be solicited.

No chai and smoke break outside office premiseTake your tea/smoke breaks only in designated areas within office premises. Maintain social distancing norms there as well.

Hands off Taps/door knobs/lift buttons/tissue dispensers and all kind of handles/ awnings are frequently sanitized, but avoid touching them unnecessarily.Sanitize your laptops/desktops, work station at frequent intervals.Use ONLY designated exits and washrooms.All touch screens will be switched off till further notice.All non-essential doors will be kept open to avoid any contamination.

Physical Distancing Maintain social distance of 1.5 meters at all times - meeting rooms, going to the cafeteria, pantry, washroom wait area etc.50% occupancy will be observed in meeting/conference rooms.Tea/coffee will not be served in the meeting rooms.If you have to visit someone regarding work, follow the same safety norms.

Stay groundedNo domestic or international travel (personal or official) will be allowed until further notice.

Ghar ka khana…my first choiceEnjoy your food from your own dabba. Experience mindful eating at your workstation.Avoid eating outside food. If you have to order in, food deliveries should be taken outside office premises.

Sharing is not caring at the moment For some time, avoid sharing spoons, plates and food from the same lunch box. #YourFoodYourPlate

Serve your own lazy selvesMake your own tea/coffee and refill your water bottles.Use your own coffee mugs, cups, water bottle, spoons etc.

Cafeteria RulesIf the canteen area is to be used, remove alternate seats to increase physical distance between diners.Use Payzapp/net banking to make any payments to the cafeteria vendor. Avoid cash transactions in the cafeteria. Partial air conditioning will be switched on only during designated eating hours. (08:30-9:30am, 12:00 to 3:00 pm, and 5:30 to 6:30p.m.)

Shopping Essentials on the wayCarry your own bag(s) while shopping. Avoid cash transactions & encourage e-payments wherever possible.

As you reach homeAsk a family member to keep the door open.Avoid touching the door knob/handle, and use your elbow to press the lift buttons.Leave your shoes outside the house/flat.Sanitise your hands/belongings before entering your house.Take a hot water shower before you relax with your family.Put your clothes for a wash. Avoid wearing it without washing it.
