Having Difficult Conversations

 

• It’s the conversation every manager, supervisor or co-worker dreads: regardless of whether the issue is punctuality, work performance, or worst of all, hygiene, the conversation poses a challenge. This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to explore the issues around having a difficult conversation and may make the process easier and more effective.

• In the workshop you will: – uncover strategies to prepare for different communication practice – find out skills to assist you and – how to create a learning conversation in the toughest situation

Time Management Using Outlook Review

• Be introduced to the more advanced features of Outlook 2007: advanced email functions, adding multiple address books, sharing, setting and utilising your calendar more effectively, creating folders and setting up email rules, and accessing shared folders

• Learn more about Time Management using tasks, maintain contacts database and link appointments and tasks

Data Warehouse Training

• Data Warehouse contains a range of statistical information downloaded from SIS, CIS, Lattice and other corporate systems and makes it available in a variety of configurations through a user friendly web interface.

• This course is designed to provide participants with the skills to navigate the Data Warehouse and customise reports for their own needs.
