Energy White Paper - Frequently Asked Questions about using Citizen Space

Is there a word limit?We recommend that you limit your responses to less than 1,000 words.

What are the acceptable file sizes and types for uploading?Files should be less than 5 MB (Word or PDF).

Can responses be previewed before submitting?You can preview your responses to each chapter by clicking through the pages before you submit. To do this, click on the ‘First’ button (bottom right of screen) and you will be redirected back to the first page. This can be done from any page in the survey.

Will I receive a copy of my submission?Before you submit your response, Citizen Space will ask whether you would like a copy of your submission. If so, you will be required to enter your email address at this point. A PDF version of your submission will be sent to your nominated email address should you opt for this.

How do I send the proposed submission to my manager for review?You can click ‘save and exit’ at any time during the submission. This will generate a link, which you can send to your manager to review the proposed submission. Your manager can click through the pages to review and or edit responses. You can access the submission again by using the same link to finalise the submission.

Can I recall my submission?You can recall your submission by clicking ‘Clear your answers from this computer’. Your responses will be stored in Citizen Space but will not be included in the final analysis.
