General comments

• Exception to the standard deprecation policy is in

effect for 11.2 schedule manager

• Item based calls will not be available in 11.2

• You should not have these; item based calls

are already restricted

• Large schedules (~5K tasks) performance

• For many actions, the performance

improvement will be in the range of 10% –

90%

• However, in some cases the response times

for large schedules may be unacceptable; it is

a best practice to limit the number of tasks per

schedule to a smaller manageable levels and

leverage master–sub and cross schedule

dependencies

Migration

• The COTS schedule manager upgrade utility will

migrate customer data

• Customers need to manually run the asynchronous

schedule manager upgrade utility after the TEM

upgrade process as documented in Tech
