About Us At Cornwall Risk Management, we do things differently.

We're not about charging sky high prices and squeezing the most out

of our clients budgets - we have a fair and open approach to training

and consultancy. We are able to offer our clients very competitive

prices without reducing the quality. We do this by having efficient

business practices:

We don't lease training facilities 365 days a year, we have

agreements with various training venues and pay for what we use.

This means no business rates or expensive lease payments, and we

can pass this saving on to our clients. Remember if the training is

to be delivered at your own venue, you save even more money.

We use professionals and experts as we need them, meaning that

not only do we save money by using casual staff, but you receive

training and consultancy from practitioners working 'in the field'

with day-to-day knowledge and experience in their relevant

subject areas.

Your trainer or consultant will be qualified to at least degree-level in

their chosen subject and have substantial experience of at least 5

years practice in a relevant occupation.

“Best Value, not

simply cheaper.”

Advisory Service Our Advisory Service will entitle you to telephone and email support from a Qualified

Health and Safety Advisor.

For £275 a year it's like having your own Health and Safety Advisor, but for a fraction of

the cost of employing someone full time.

Small businesses in particular find it hard to keep up with changes in legislation and best

practice, and we can answer your questions and make sure you stay on the right track.

Remember, our advisors have access to technical advice from their professional institute

IOSH and legal advice on employment, commercial and health and safety law.

Policy Development and Planning Policies need not be confusing and complicated. We can develop professional Health,

Safety and Risk Management Policies which are compliant with current legislation and best

practice guidance.

Policies need to be suitable for the organisation they apply to, and contain sufficient detail

which is commiserate with the level of risk presented. Our bespoke policies give you peace

of mind that you are complying with both legal and best practice standards.

Following on from your Policy should be your Health and Safety Plan. The Policy outlines

what you want to achieve; the Plan sets out how you are going to achieve it. Any visiting

enforcement officer will want to see evidence that you are effectively managing health and

safety in your organisation, and we can help to tailor a Health and Safety Plan to the

requirements of your organisation.

Policy Development starts at £300 and Health and Safety Plan development starts at £150.
