a strong factor in your daily actions?

A persons spirituality is defined by the morals and values they hold true to them selves. This doesn’t have to be religious in nature, it is the thing as an individual you would stand up for and defend. The things that make you who you are, some of these things can be learnt from the people around us or adapted to us based on experience over time.

cultural How well do you get along with or

interact with a wide variety of people?

The ability to get along with and/or interact with a variety of people can provide you with more opportunities for advancement in your job or community. It can also help you to build a stronger support system.

economic Do you think your life has purpose?

The higher your economic statues the better equipped you are to provide yourself with everything needed, such as food, shelter, safety, and education, to maintain good physical and mental health

emotional When faced with an emotional

situation, good or bad, how well do you cope?

Having the ability to cope with your own emotions or the emotions of others can help you to maintain a lower level of stress, as well as help you solve problems in a calm manner.

Do you enjoy and/or seek out new learning opportunities?

the more education a person receives the more able they are to obtain a higher paying job and there for are better equipped to move up in economic statues.

When you wake up after a nights sleep do you feel rested?

Balancing a healthy amount of exercise with the appropriate amount of rest will help you to maintain an overall healthy body over your life time.

Are you happy and for the most part stress free in you current profession?

having a job that doesn’t pay enough, provide enough hours to obtain a sufficient wage, or that you find yourself stressed at more often then not can have a significant impact on your over all health.

Are you for the most part happy in your daily life?

Maintaining a positive attitude and out look when faced with emotional or stressful situations can help you to better cope with day to day activities, decision making, interactions with people and your community, as well as help you to be better equipped to seek out and learn new things.

would you say the people in your life are supportive, and people you can count on?

Having a strong support system can provide you with the tools to cope with emotional, or stressful situations. These people can also help you when making decisions.

Despite outside influence and actions, do you feel safe in your own home?

Being able to provide yourself and your loved ones with a safe stable environment will help you and them to better cope with outside stresses, daily decisions, as well as give them a place to achieve the appropriate amount of rest and relaxation.
