The �tness challenge will last 5 weeks. The weekly Riverdale LiveFit activity will be held on Monday nights. Bring your booklet to record your progress and collect the tickets you have earned.

In addition to the Monday night LiveFit activity, there is a di�erent activity challenge you can complete each week to earn points. You can also complete bonus activities to earn additional points each week. Bonus activities are listed at the end of this booklet.

Complete the weekly challenge and score-card boxes to keep track of your points. For every �ve points you earn, you will receive a prize drawing ticket. The drawing will be held at the Awards Ceremony on May 18 at Golden Spike Park. You must be present to win.

Instructions

Week 1Limit screen time at home (TV, computer, tablets, cell phones) to 1 hour per day

Week 2Eliminate ALL carbonated or sugary drinks

Week 3Eat 5 servings of fruits or vegetables each day

Week 4Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night

Week 5Drink 8 - 8 oz. glasses of water each day

Health Fair and Scavenger Hunt

Weekly Challenge: Limit screen time at home (TV, computer, tablets, cell phones) to 1 hour per day. Mark the boxes for each day you complete. One point per day.

Test your agility with Weber State Athletes and the Salt Lake Bee’s mascot Bumble in a fun obstacle course.

This will be your last chance to earn tickets before the prize drawing held this night.

Parks & Recreation Weber River Parkway TrailThe trail connects to the Centennial Trail provid-ing residents with a ten-mile paved path from the south end of Riverdale to the mouth of Ogden Canyon. Residents can walk, run, bike, roller blade or take wheelchairs and strollers on the trail while enjoying the natural beauties of the Weber River through cottonwood forests and wetlands areas.
