Existing system vs Proposed system

• Existing system is manual , data are entered by data clerk manually.

• Proposed system,IQCARE installed and lay interoperability.

GAPS• Inadequate IT skills amongst the Clinicians• Lack of proper infrastructure.• Resistance to change by the health care

employees.• Proposed systems Costly at initiation

Developing program priority• Identification of system needs.• Analysis of the requirement• Design of the interoperability architecture.• Monitor and evaluate .• System specification• Hardware specification• Software specification

Way forward

• To realize vision 2030 of the millennium development goals, interoperability to establish a connected health Community that connects, removes limitations and creates , opportunities for 21st century physicians to realize their full potential is a must.
