FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
• Purpose: to educate high school students on the importance of health
• Use this game as a review for students. Fun activity to get away from everyday classroom activities.
• Used typically with 3 students at a time, keep score on separate sheet of paper or on board.
• Planned, structured, repetitive, and purposive in the sense that an improvement or maintenance of
physical fitness is an objective

• The Elements:
• 1)Cardiorespiratory Endurance
• 2) Muscular Strength
• 3) Muscular Endurance
• 4) Flexibility
• 5) Body Composition
PHYSICAL FITNESS 400
• soft, waxy substance present in all parts of the body including the nervous system, skin,
muscles, liver, intestines, and heart
FOOD 100
• A fat or fatty acid in which there are one or more double bonds between carbon atoms of the fatty
acid chain.
HYGIENE 400
