1. Cardiovascular fitness: the ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time. E.g.
2. Muscular strength: the amount a muscle can exert against a resistance. E.g.
3. Muscular endurance: the ability to voluntary muscles many times without getting tired. E.g.
4. Flexibility: the range of movement possible at a joint. E.g.
5. Body Composition: the percentage of body weight that is fat, bone and muscles. E.g. 5 minutes

3. Coordination: the ability to use two or more body parts together. E.g.
4. Power: The ability to undertake strength performance quickly. P = S × S. E.G.
5. Reaction Time: the time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement. E.g.
6. Speed: The different rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance. E.g.
