Felicity specialises in headhunting mid to senior level communications and public affairs professionals within the health and social care sector. Organisations she works with include Royal Colleges, regulators, health charities and pharmaceutical firms.
Before joining EA, Felicity worked at a global recruitment agency for a number of years where she specialised in recruiting communications professionals into the public sector. Felicity’s interest in partnering with organisations to find the right candidate, through a contingent or retained search, leads to high achieving results
Geraldine leads the Health and Social Care Practice, recruiting Directors of Communications, Policy and Public Affairs for clients in health bodies, professional associations, think tanks, trade associations, health charities and corporates.
She works with clients including The King’s Fund, the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry, The Francis Crick Institute, Bayer, Sanofi, Walgreens Boots Alliance and the Association of Medical Research Charities.
Louis is a junior member of the permanent practice team and focuses on junior to mid-level roles across communications, public affairs and policy.
Before joining the team at Ellwood Atfield, Louis studied History at the University of Lincoln, graduating with a 2:1. Whilst at University he was President of the University of Lincoln Handball Society and a prevalent member of the Students Union.
In his spare time, Louis is a keen sports follower who enjoys playing and following a wide variety of sports.

Barry specialises in Public Affairs recruitment and headhunting Policy professionals. He primarily works with those in junior to mid-level permanent roles.He started his career in a public affairs agency before moving to Parliament where he was a Political Adviser and Researcher for a Secretary of State. He subsequently worked in the corporate and public affairs teams at the British Retail Consortium and the National Housing Federation.Barry has an encyclopedic knowledge of MPs and their constituencies garnered from his election campaigning across the country. He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Warwick.
Emily specialises in headhunting mid-level communications and public affairs professionals within the health and social care sector, both interim and permanent.She’s worked with clients such as The NMC, London Air Ambulance, Royal College of Occupational Therapists, NHS Improvement, The Climate Group and Brake.Prior to joining Ellwood Atfield in 2015, Emily gained work experience at a leading Consumer PR agency and Pinsent Masons International Law firm. Emily holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, as well as a BA Hons in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham.

The Public Affairs, Policy and Campaigning team at Ellwood Atfieldset up this network of Conservative party members and supporters who work in communications. We run the secretariat and organise events.
We host a Public Affairs Leadership series of events with Women in Public Affairs, held in our gallery. Two recent events have covered networking, and how to achieve more in EU public affairs from the UK.
We co-host networking events and panel discussions at our gallery. We hosted and spoke at the PRCA's conference to discuss '16 recommendations for great communications in2016.'
