We have created a survey

with a total of six questions to ask to the people of our community. We sent it to family members and friends. By doing this we wanted to know if our community knows how to eat healthy, what to eat or what not to eat and if they had good and healthy eating habits. In the first question we had, which was: how many times a week do you eat vegetables or fruits? We got a great variety of answers. Most people ate 1-4 times a week. 1 person ate 5-6 times, and 6 people more than 7 times. These results

were relatively good. On our second question we asked: what do you eat more in your lunch in a day? There were four possible answers which were: grains, veggies and fruits, sugar and meat. Meat won with a total of 7 votes, grains followed with 5, then veggies and fruits with 2

and finally sugar with 1.

In question number 3, of our survey we asked our community, how many times a week do you consume fast food? The answers were really good because 7 people said none times and 8 said 1-3

times. No one eats fast food more than 3 times a week and that is good.

In our fourth question we asked them how much time do they exercise in a week. No one chose the answer NONE which means that everyone make at least one hour of exercise. The majority of the people did more than 7 hours of exercise in a week.

For our fifth question we were really interested in knowing how many glasses of water do

the people in our community drink in a day. The results were not so good because the majority said they drink from 1-4 glasses a day. Experts say you need to drink at least 2 liters. Only 1 person said that he drinks more than11 glasses per day.

And finally our sixth question

was the easiest of all. We only

wanted to know if the people

in our community think they

eat healthily or not. We

wanted to know if they are

sure of what they eat. The

results were impressive, 13

people said yes and 1 person

said no.

In conclusion, 15 people answered our survey and we thank them a lot. We are really happy with the results because now we can confirm that not everyone in our

community eats unhealthy. A lot of people eat healthy, are sure of what they eat and have good healthy eating habits.

This is a healthy breakfast because if you are the ones that don’t eat breakfast this is not too much and is fast to eat!

This is a healthy breakfast because you have all the things you need, this may sound that is not so healthy but the way you cook it is the important thing because in this breakfast we try to don’t use oil!

1 scrambled egg, cooked with very little oil, with small pieces of jam

1 slice of cheese and other of jam
