Physical activities benefit our body a lot.
They help us lose weight, add muscle, and improve body shape.
They can reduce diseases, for instance, diabetes body, high blood pressure, and heart diseases.
They can promote metabolism, to help you get rid of the rubbish in your body.
They will slow down the speed of turning old, prevent skeleton from getting loose.
They make you happy, when you are exercising, your body will secrete a kind of substance which makes your mood more excited.
They help to train your cooperation with other people if you enter a collective competition.
Therefore, take stairways instead of elevators; go by foot rather than bus of the destination is not too far; ask friends out more for sport games, such as badminton, table tennis, swimming; develop a hobby of taking exercises.
Nowadays, people are suffering from the pressure of life and work, if you walk away from the spot you are working, spend some time to do exercise everyday, for instance, walk around in front of your flat, or do some stretching, give yourself some time to relax, even though only ten minutes, you will gain valuable things that you do not expect.
