HEAR I EXPLORE I ACT Welcome to this dynamic gathering of Minnesota leaders in the field of aging. In 2020, our conversation has never been more important. This three-day event has been designed as a leadership dialogue to explore health equity for diverse older Minnesotans and our shared efforts to support diversity, equity and inclusion in our communities and systems! This program has been approved by the Minnesota Boardof Executives for Long Term Services and Supports for 6.0 hours (approval number MN21-057) and designedto meet the CEU approval criteria for the Minnesota Board of Nursing. The Minnesota Leadership Council onAging is an approved provider of continuing education by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. CEUS will beavailable for Assisted Living managers. Participants may view all live sessions to earn a maximum of 6 CEUs.

There will be no refund for cancelations made after December 7, 2020 or for no-shows. TheMinnesota Leadership Council on Aging reserves the right to cancel this event or any individual sessions.
