What about Graduate School?
Very competitive, so need: Good grades overall (2018 class 3.5 or ) Especially good grades in your major Good letters of recommendation Good Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores
Last 3 years average of 95% of students who applied to grad school got in somewhere.
No preference given to UMD students in UMD’s grad program-approximately 200 applications for 23-25 spots
Not going to graduate school? Shortage of Hearing and Speech
professionals has made jobs like SLP-Assistants or Audiology Assistants more plentiful.
Requirements for SLP-Assistants vary by state so students should check to make sure they take the courses they need.
