Heart and Soul is a support group providing emotional support and ongoing encouragement to patients and families affected by heart disease.
Many times, the main focus is placed on the medical aspects of recovery from heart disease. Patients need a place to share the emotional aspects of heart disease as well as heart surgery.
The Heart and Soul Support Group is run by patients and family members for patients and family members. We welcome anyone interested in seeking support or providing support to others in the same situation.
