Job Description

o Organizing a model search in 58 cities across the country.

o Step 1: contacting venues in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Cincinnati, informing them about the event.

o Step 2: Find local agency to represent competitiono Step 3: Narrow down possible venueso Step 4: Lock in venues and confirm dates.o Step 5: Send out casting call for models, select 30 for

each city.o Step 6: Send out representative

Venue Promotional AgreementThis agreement is made on September 14th, 2010 by and between Gold Marketing Solutions, LLC, DBA On Stage Entertainment (“Promoter”) and Dipiazzas, (“Venue”). Parties hereby agree to the following terms for the use of 5205 E Pacific Coast Hwy, Long Beach, CA 90804

1.This agreement is to entitle Promoter to exclusively promote “The Event” detailed below:

Venue will allow Promoter to maintain the hours of 3pm-7pm on The Event night and allow Promoter entry into the venue at least 1 hour prior to opening for set-up and preparation. 1.Promoter has the right to use the Venue’s name and logo on all promotional material and media. Promoter will allow Venue to proof all promotional materials and media prior to printing and broadcasting.2.Promoter will be responsible for all promotional expenses. 3.Venue will be responsible for all in-house expenses, including security, and bar staff. 4.Promoter will control and maintain 100% of the door revenue for 21+ and 50% for under 215.All prizes will be the responsibility of Gold Marketing Solutions, LLC, DBA On Stage Entertainment (“Promoter”) 6.Venue agrees to run a drink special(s) throughout the night of the Event 8. Venue will provide Promoter with 2 drink tickets to be used for complimentary cocktails for himself or special patrons.9. • 2 winners: 1 male, 1 female

• Guest judge appearance, Nicole Fox, America’s Next Top Model cycle 13 winner

• Winners get a signed 1 year contract with local modeling agency
