Frame is of high quality extruded aluminum profiled construction with the advantages of corrosion resistance and rigidity. The air operated damper blades are fixed to the frame by self-oiling nylon bushes with 8mm-diameter aluminum pipes. Its designed to maintain a constant pressure level inside pressurized rooms by relieving excess air when it exceeds the desired limit.

High quality galvanized iron sheet. All welded joints are rust-proofed by zinc paint coating. The blades are roll formed from 1mm-thickness galvanized steel. The interlocking type blades are designed with hat shaped reinforcement ridges ensuring strength and stability. The heat responsive links on detection of heat beyond 165°F / 212°F release the blades from their position.

The Pre-Insulated Type Volume Control Damper has been specially designed for installation in systems where high/medium/low pressure is experienced. These dampers are designed to operate from one control point. The damper’s blade opening is controlled by hand locking quadrant.

ApplicationsSectional Pipe Insulation is resin bonded glass wool insulation pre-formed into rigid pipe sectional insulation commonly for entire utility services. Pipes made of copper, steel, PPR, PVC and UPVC used for applications like Chilled / Cold / Hot / Condensate water pipes of HVAC and domestic services. The application temperature of this range is limited to 232°C because the thermosetting resin used get evaporated and this doesn’t change the other characteristics of glass wool. ApplicationsPipe Wrap Insulation (ExPWI), is resin bonded glass wool insulation boards cut into small but uniform size strips (this is decided based on insulation thickness. ex. for 50 mm the strips 50 mm is cut) turned 90 degree and the strips are adhered closely to a strong vapor barrier base, thus the lamella mattress is formed. Lamella mattresses are flexible enough to take the shape of cylindrical vessels, high diameter pipes, heat exchangers, and other cylindrical equipments in building industry and industrial insulation application.
