Kidney stones are hard pebble-like objects that can form inside your kidneys. They're made of minerals and salts. You might hear your doctor call them renal calculi, nephrolithiasis, or urolithiasis.
Symptoms can be mild or strong, and include:
Ÿ Pain in your groin and lower abdomen
Kidney stones are small - usually between the size of a kernel of corn and a grain of salt. They can form when your body has too much of certain minerals, and at the same time doesn't have enough liquid. The stones can be brown or yellow, and smooth or rough.
A stone can move around within your kidney. It can also move into the tube that connects your kidney to your bladder.
What Are Kidney Stones?
Kidney Stone SymptomsYou can have kidney stones and not have any symptoms. Or the symptoms may not start until your kidney stone goes on the move.
Ÿ Intense pain in your side or back, below the ribs (your doctor might refer to it as renal colic)
Ÿ Pain that comes and goes and ranges in severity
Ÿ Fever and chills if you have an infection
Ÿ Nausea and vomiting
Ÿ Pain when you pee
Ÿ Burning sensation when you pee
Ÿ Less urine when you do pee
If you're in really bad pain, you'll probably want to see a doctor. Other signs you should quickly seek medical care include:
Ÿ Going to the bathroom more often than you usually do
Ÿ Being sick to your stomach and throwing up while in pain
Ÿ Feeling like you need to pee all the time
Ÿ Being feverish and cold off and on while in pain
Ÿ Having bloody urine or a hard time going

Ÿ Pee that's cloudy, pink, red, or brown, or smells bad

Ÿ Diarrhea (which can dehydrate you)
Ÿ What you eat
It's often hard to figure out what caused a kidney stone. But they happen when you rurine has high levels of certain minerals.
Ÿ Uric acid
Ÿ Obesity
If you don't have enough urine in your body to water down the high concentration of minerals, stones can form. Think about stirring up your favorite drink from a powder mix. If you don't add enough liquid -- say, water or juice -- the powder will clump up and turn into hard, dry chunks.
Things that can raise your risk for kidney stones include:
Both men and women can get kidney stones, but men's chances of getting them area bout double that of women's.

Things that can cause kidney stones include:
Ÿ Excess oxalate or protein in your diet
Ÿ Lack of calcium from your food
Ÿ A family history of kidney stones
Ÿ Medical conditions including Crohn's disease, gastric bypass surgery, inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease), medullarysponge kidney, and Dent's disease

We regret to announce the sad demise of :

It was under the able guidance and understanding of Master, vessel started deballasting operations and arrived at yard with the required draft well before time.
Daily reporting & follow up by vessel to yard and office projected a clear status of the ongoing jobs.
Vessel crew ensured that they carried out the jobs with self-risk assessment at all times without incidents within the time frame provided by yard.
Vessel was commended with One Star Award for their efforts to complete Scrubber Overboard Pipes Repair at Posh repair yard
The initial planning stage by Fleet Manager and SI before the actual repairs were helpful since during actual repairs as SI was not onboard due to Covid restrictions in Korea.
Allocation, coordination & supervision of jobs was carried out on deck and in engine room in a simple and precise manner.
After successful completion of jobs the vessel completed ballasting operations and finished sea trials with no delay or stoppages.
We, the entire family of M.V Awobasan Maru is extremely honoured to be receiving the prestigious MOLSHIP One Star Award.
Furthermore, we commit to continue our work to the best of our abilities & help MOL forge forward to become the world leader in Safe Operations.
We are earnestly grateful to MOLSHIP Management for recognizing our good preparation for repairing the Scrubber system in very limited time and contribution to safe operation during the repair work at Tongyeong repair yard.
