THIS SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO BE USED ONLY ON VEHICLES OR BOATS WITH 12-VOLT ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. 3. THIS SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE USED AS A REPLACEMENT FOR A VEHICLE’S BATTERY. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR NEW JUMPER STARTER: RECHARGING 1. For maximum battery life, we recommend that your power pack be kept fully charged at all times. If the battery is allowed to remain in a discharged state. Battery life may be shortened. Table shows the relationship of the frequency of use between recharging and the expected number of charge/recharge cycles. TABLE 1 - BATTERY LIFE Number of jump-starts between recharging Discharge and recharge cycles 1 1000+ 5 700+ 10 500+ 2. Recharging. The time required to fully recharge your power pack after jump-starting and engine is a function of how many jump-starts are performed between recharging sessions. Table 2 shows the approximate recharging times you can expect. TABLE 2 - RECHARGING TIME VS.
