What does “Health” mean?

 In humans, it is the general condition of a person’s mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness’ injury or pain

healthy?What is “Healthy living”?

Healthy living is all those things you do in order to keep yourself healthy-

well being.

1.- Generally people go to the doctor for a check up

Catch up on your routine screening and immunizations, and take the opportunity

to ask your doctor any questions you might have. looking good

2.- Measure your height and weight: In order to maintain their weight, people usually go to the gym and eat healthy food

3.- Exercise regularly: How do you stay in shape? Do you get regular exercise? How much variety do

you get in your activity, and how much do you enjoy it? What sports

are you playing these days?

The CDC recommends that adults get at least two and a half hours per week of

moderate-intensity aerobic activity or one hour and 15 minutes per week of vigorous-

intensity aerobic activity, plus muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per

week.

Good! Eating healthy everyday along with getting exercise regularly can lead to a long

healthy life free from any kind of disease related to being

overweight.

Bad! Eating a lot of junk food can lead to a lot of heart

diseases, I.e Atherosclerosis in which the arteries get clogged and you can die from a heart

attack.

The key to a healthy lifestyle is to eat a lot of

fruit and vegetables, also a reasonable amount

of meat.

Eat the right amount of food to stay thin.

UNHEALTHY HABITS

What are unhealthy habits?

Unhealthy habits are those things we do that can do some type of harm to our health.

For example, eating junk food which as you know can cause

obesity and heart diseases.

Not doing exercise, in which a lot of people eat tons of junk food but don’t

exercise and causes people to gain weight in an unhealthy way

Not sleeping well. It has been proved that having bad sleeping habits can cause a

disease for example stress, obesity, being underweight.

Stomachache: People get stomachaches due to certain

Sore throat: Along with a cold comes a sore throat which is really annoying

WAYS TO RELAX

One of the things that can make us sick is STRESS

How can we fight stress?We can do so by having ways to relax like

the following ones.

If you can’t sleep well breathe and meditate, it should relax you and will be easier to fall

asleep If you cant relax and you feel irritable, you should exercise for 30 minutes

You can also relax by going to the park and just look at the lake

It’s a good idea to take a bubble bath specially if

you’re stressed about your exams
