ders van die strate af te kry enmeeroor die Christelike geloof te leer,’’sê Estie du Plessis, die projek segeldinsamelaar. Die kinders wordgereeld op uitstappies geneem ommeer oor die wêreld buite hul ge-meenskap te leer.Tans word die kleuterskool in ’n

Date squares: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; make the date jam by combiningone and a half cups of dates (pitted and chopped), 1/4 cup of brown sugar,1/2 cup of water and one teaspoon of vanilla extract in a saucepan and bringto a boil; simmer for five minutes until mixture resembles a thick paste; allowmixture to cool completely; make the oatmeal layer by combining one and ahalf cups of flour, one cup rolled oats, one cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup walnuts(optional) or 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional), 1/4 teaspoon salt and 3/4cup butter in mixing bowl; reserve two cups of this mixture for topping andpress the remaining mixture into bottom of greased 9x9 inch pan; spread cooleddate jam over the layer and sprinkle reserved oatmeal mixture evenly over top;bake 25 to 33 minutes and cool completely; then cut into squares.

The Momentum Grape Mountain Bike Ride is a new addition to the 2015 Stellenbosch Wine Festival, which this yearwill be held at the Coetzenburg Sports Grounds from Friday 30 January to Sunday 1 February.
