BV series pumps are compactly designed vertical pumps coupled with flange

mounted drives. These pumps are used for emptying barrels, containers, tanks, pits etc., These

pumps are available with SMS/IDF or flanged delivery connections. Two types of rotor and stator

geometries are available for optimized performance. These pumps are available in Mild Steel,

Stainless Steel constructions to suit any applications.

HELIFLOW PUMPING PRINCIPLE

The heart of PUMP is the single helix metal rotor which rotates

eccentrically within a double helix resilant stator. The rotor of circular cross section

creats a continuously forming cavity as it rotates. The cavity progresses towards the

discharge and advancing in a front of a continuously forming seal line carrying the

pumped material in it & thereby the flowrate is continuous without any pulsation.

BF Series pumps are designed with Bearing Housing having ISO suction and

delivery flanged connections. The drive shaft allows for universal use of any drives. Two

types of rotor and stator geometries are available for optimized performance. The BF series

pumps are constructed with Cast iron bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of cast

iron or stainless steel, the rotating parts are available in numerous materials like Alloy Steel,

Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316, A 20 etc., The stators are made of elastomers like

Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton etc depending on the

applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump

consists of universal pin joints which gives outstanding reliability and longer service life.

bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel, the wettled

parts are available in numerous materials like Alloysteel, Tool Steel, Stainless Steel 304, 316,

A 20 etc., The stators are made of elastomers like Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene Propylene,

Neoprene, Silicons, Viton etc depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft

gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints which gives

consists of bearing housing with SMS/IDF/Triclover at the suction and delivery port. The drive

shaft allows for universal use of any drives. Two types of rotor and stator geometries are

available for optimized performance. The BH series pumps are constructed with Cast iron

bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of seamless stainless steel pipe which is

polished without any rough surface thereby eliminating product retaining pockets to avoid

contamination of the transferring medium, the rotating parts are available in materials like

Stainless Steel 304, 316 etc., The stators are made of non contaminated elastomers like Food

grade Nitrile, Ethylene Propylene, Silicon etc depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is

ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints

which gives outstanding reliability and longer service life.

pumps comes with close couple and bare shaft pumps and are designed for continuous or

intermitted dosing or transfer duties. The pump construction in cast iron or stainless steel and

are standard with rotating parts of Alloysteel , Stainless Steel, A20, Haste Slloy, etc.,

The stators are made of elastomers like Natural, Nitrile, Hypalon, Ethylene

Propylene, Neoprene, Silicons, Viton etc depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured

by soft gland packing/mechanical sealing. These pumps consists of pin joints or else

incorporated with sealed Cardan joints. Which ensures better transmission, low wear and tear.
