threatening circumstances, or worse yet, a life that we didn’t plan. More and more riders are using

protection both on and off the hill. Whether it is a father of ten kids in the backcountry, or a kid

spinning ten feet above the knuckle, the choice to wear a helmet can save a life. But what kind of

choice is out there? When we started looking into wearing helmets, we realized that choice wasn’t

exactly one of the available features.

Electric helmets are fully warranted with proof of purchase from an electric authorized retailer against defect in material and workmanship for up to one year from date of purchase. If electric products are proven defective, electric will replace them at no cost to you. If electric products are not considered defective, electric will offer to replace your product at retail market value. Smashing in to trees, rocks or curbs resulting in helmet damage are not under warranty. That damage means that the helmet did its job and cracked instead of your skull.

Please ship your electric helmet to the address below using ups, fedex, or insured U.S. Mail in a box with adequate packaging to protect the helmet against damage during shipping. Please keep your tracking number somewhere safe, just in case anything

happens in transit. Electric is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please include your proof of purchase, return address, daytime, and evening phone numbers and email along with note describing scenario leading to the damage and the best time to reach you.

This helmet meets cen certification safety standards.Electric helmets are under the en1077 safety standard. This european standard is applicable to the performance requirements for two classes of snowboard helmets, class a and class b. The method of testing includes construction, field of vision, shock absorbing properties, resistance to penetration and retention system properties.

This helmet is for use in non-motorized recreation snow sports (such as skiing, snowboarding, and other alpine sports). This helmet will not protect you from all foreseeable impacts. For maximum protection this helmet must be fitted and attached properly to the wearers head in accordance with the manufacturers fitting instructions. Sharp objects may easily penetrate this helmet. An impact may partially destroy the helmet. This damage may not be obvious to the naked eye therefore you should not use this helmet after an impact: destroy it or return it to Electric for inspection.
