Shannon Terschluse is a Holistic Health Coach, 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher and CoreRyder (spinning) instructor, and the Founder of Find Your Prana, a full-service health and wellness company offering holistic health coaching, seasonal wellness cleanses, customized clean eating meal plans, private yoga, corporate and group wellness workshops, and cooking classes. Finding balance and living well can be achieved through small lifestyle choices—not dieting, not compulsive exercise, and certainly not letting work take the reins. Shannon believes that balance comes from many sources, which all interact with each other. These include: good nutrition, varied exercise, relaxation and self-care, quality sleep, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, and taking the time to enjoy life.
