Rejector
The first step is to have the empty container automatically weighs and transfers the weight
data to the PC. Next , the filling machine will fill the materials into the empty container.
The second step is to complete the total weight after filling and transfer the weight data also
subtracting the empty container weight from/ to the PC in order to decide the net weight to reject
the unqualified product.
The checkweighing data will feedback to the filling machine and effectively control material
waste and increase production.
