The International Summer School Water and Landscape in Architecture (director Marina Montuori)
offers to students an opportunity to experiment and develop design considerations relating to issues
of urban regeneration within Tenerife Island. It represents the final event in relation to two activities
already carried out: study trip to the Canary Islands, 12 to 16 April 2012 (director Juan Manuel Pa-
lerm Salazar) and the design workshop Waterscape Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, Polo
Territoriale di Piacenza, 9 to 11 May 2012 (director Guya Bertelli).
The workshop aims to develop architectural projects, which will be selected later, in order to publish
and exhibit the design results made by students at Toward another reality, 3rd Architecture, Art &
Landscape Biennial of the Canary Islands (March 2013), where 56 other schools of architecture
worldwide will be involved.
Students will work in studios on the ground floor of the building in via Branze 43. REA Partner Tea-
chers and 45 students (10 for consortium school and 15 foreign students) will be present.

Degree according to 85/384/CEE with which it is possible to be admitted to the National Exam in order to obtain the professional Architectural title (art. 17 del D.P.R. 06.05.2001 n.328) and join to the Order of Architects. The title is valid in all of the countries of the European Union.
