“8.1 Covering of management costs at national level (over the complete HERITAGE PLUS duration)”
All Parties will cover their management, coordination ormonitoring costs over the complete HERITAGE PLUSduration.
The total budgeted management costs for 18 Parties(corresponding 15 countries) are 404.000 Euro.

Panel meetings including evaluation costs: Step 1 - 12 Scientific Committee members + external experts (assuming 15 additional experts) + 2 days consensus meeting (estimated 15KEuro for evaluation fee and 10KEuro for travel/subsistence).
Step 2 – remote peer review evaluation and international peer review panel meeting: estimated 45KEuro for remote evaluation fee and 25KEuro for international peer review panellists travel/subsistence and one external observer travel/subsistence.

CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT
A minimum mandatory contribution per Country is set at10.000 Euro.
The criterion on how to distribute the remaining costs(i.e. 254 KEuro = 404 – 150) decided by the Parties is apercentage based on R&D personnel by HigherEducation sector (*) of each country (Attachment 4).
Personnel costs per Party, coherent with the Effort Formof Annex I of the EC GA, are as reported in Attachment 4.

CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT
The contribution to management costs for country is thesum of the minimum contribution plus the proportionalcontribution based of the agreed criterion describedabove.
Each Party contributes to cover the management costswith the amount reported in the table of Attachment 4.

The signatories of this CA engage to pay at the MIB ACT as Heritage Plus Coordinator the amounts indicated in Attachment 4, as specified in the column “HERITAGE PLUS manage ment contribution”, as soon as possible and in any case not later than 31 March 2015 in order to ensure an efficient management of the project.
The pre-payment of 153.220,95. Euro (corresponding 10% of total EU contribution) received by the EU Commission coul d be used by the Coordinator as cash flow waiting to receive contributions (fee) by each Party.
