Ben Wishart is the Group CIO of Royal Ahold NV an international retailer holding market leading positions in the Netherlands and regional geographies of the US, with brands such as Albert Heijn, albert.nl, Peapod.com, Giant and Stop & Shop. Ben joined the firm in June 2013 following previous roles with Morrisons plc, Tesco and Whitbread which have included CIO, and Logistics and Property Development. Previously he has held roles in Management Consulting, Marketing and Sales with Cap Gemini and American Express. Ahold has a deep relationship with HP which started initially with EDS, the scope of services includes Applications Management, hosting and other infrastructure services.

Monique Shivanandan Group Chief Information Officer Aviva PLC

Monique joined Aviva in April 2014, after a successful career at Capital One, British Telecommunications, BellSouth Corporation and American Management Systems. At Aviva Monique leads an IT team of circa 3,000 employees across the globe, delivering change, service and information security. She is at the forefront of revolutionizing the way Aviva delivers change, with considerable focus on digitizing the company, and the insurance sector. Monique was appointed as a non-executive director of J P Morgan in November 2015 to strengthen the technology experience on its Board. Monique previously worked as Chief Technology Officer at Capital One and had responsibility for defining and driving Capital One’s technology strategy, with the overall goal of transforming the company into a digital company, with a leading cost structure. She also led on Information Security and is a recognized leader in this field.

Previous roles at British Telecom and Bell South established her credentials in infrastructure and cyber security.

Rüdiger Schmidt has more than 25 years experience in managing IT for the Financial Services Industry. Since July 2015 Rüdiger Schmidt is responsible for Global IT, Digital Transformation & Innovation at Banco Sabadell. Prior to joining Banco Sabadell, he spent 18 years of his career at Deutsche Bank Group in international management positions within Group Technology for Retail Banking, Private & Wealth Management and Transaction Banking. He is graduate in Computer Science & Economics from Fachhochschule Karlsruhe (University of Applied Sciences) in Germany. Additionally, has broad domain skills in retail banking, private wealth management and commercial/transaction banking. Rick Yborra Global Head of Infrastructure Services and CISO Bristol-Myers Squibb

Rick Yborra is the Global Head of Infrastructure Services and CISO at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in Princeton, New Jersey. He is the executive accountable for application hosting services, datacenter operations, network services, software asset management, identity and access services, end user collaboration services and information security services. Additionally, he is accountable for the outsource partnerships with Hewlett Packard, British Telecom and York Telecom. He represents Bristol-Myers Squibb on Hewlett Packard’s Customer Advisory Board, British Telecom’s Customer Advisory Panel as well as a number of industry working groups examining evolving trends in infrastructure as well as the implications of technology on information risk. While at BMS, he has also held leadership roles in quality systems management and systems controls compliance Prior to his tenure with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Mr. Yborra held various leadership positions with Motorola, managing global financial data warehouse development and operations, technical training development and delivery, ASIC design centers, sales force information management tools, directories and networks. Mr. Yborra has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Joe Locandro Director Information Technology Cathay Pacific Airways

Joe Locandro is currently the Director Information Technology for Cathay Pacific Airways. His responsibilities include the strategic positioning and delivery of the airline’s information management and technology requirements. A veteran in IT management, consulting and marketing, Mr Locandro has held a variety of Chief Information Officer posts in various industry sectors ranging from energy to entertainment. He has broad experience working globally and in Asia Pacific for well known blue chip companies. Mr Locandro is a member of the Hong Kong SAR government’s Digital 21 Strategy Advisory Committee, as well as several other IT related advisory boards for universities, semi government authorities and technology companies. He is also a chairman of the HKCS CIO Board and board member of SITA AERO based in Geneva. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce from University of Melbourne, a graduate diploma in Marketing from Monash University and Strategic Application of Information Technology from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Mike Boluch Executive Vice-President, Technology and Enterprise Innovation CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) Mike joined CIBC in 1995 as a portfolio systems specialist with CIBC Wood Gundy.

Since then he has held a number of leadership positions in the Technology group including VP & CIO of Wealth Management Technology, and SVP of Retail Markets Technology.

He assumed the role of Executive Vice-President, Technology in 2005, leading approximately 4,000 employees responsible for the delivery of technology in support of all CIBC's businesses and clients worldwide. In December 2015, Mike’s responsibilities expanded to include an enterprise-wide view of opportunities to leverage innovation to enhance client experience and drive growth in our business.

Mike graduated from McMaster University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Management degree and in 1993 with an MBA in Finance.

Héctor Calva Chief Information Officer Coca-Cola FEMSA Born in México City in 1971, Héctor Calva studied electrical engineering at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, State of México campus. He was awarded an MBA from the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas business school. Calva has been with Coca-Cola FEMSA for about 15 years and has held several different positions within the lT department. His initial responsibility as for developing legacy systems. In 1999, he was given the assignment to implement a range of SAP software functionality, including a solution for the beverages industry for international deployment. In January 2007, he was named ClO, while continuing to roll out such solutions as a supply chain initiative and a business intelligence implementation. In 2008 he collaborated with Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma in the Homologación Version 1 project with the main objective to verify and replicate best practices within the FEMSA beverages companies. In 2009 he was responsible for overseeing the full migration of the company's SAP data center between two different cities in Mexico. In 2013 Hector and his team implemented the largest BW system running on HANA in the world (at the time), as well as one of the largest BPC on HANA solutions in Latin America. Recently Hector has endeavor in SAP’s cloud computing with C4C & yMKT

David Whiteing Group Executive Enterprise Services and Chief Information Officer Commonwealth Bank of Australia David Whiteing is the Group Executive, Enterprise Services, and Chief Information Officer for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In this role he leads the technology and operation teams and is responsible for delivering Commonwealth Bank of Australia Group’s strategic pillar of the ‘world-leading application of operations and technology’. Commonwealth Bank is recognised for its technology leadership. It has delivered an industry-leading core banking modernisation program and has a strong focus on the simplification of architecture and standardisation of platforms. The Group is focused on delivering world-class digital services as well as more agile IT applications, platforms and infrastructure. The Group is continuing to innovate across its technology portfolio, from payments to internet banking, mobile apps to data analytics as well as enhanced customer services. Prior to his appointment as Group Executive in July 2014, David was the Executive General Manager Architecture and Planning for Enterprise Services. He joined Commonwealth Bank in September 2013. David is a highly experienced business and IT executive with a track record of delivering technology transformation in many industries, including financial services, both in Australia and overseas David’s background includes both in-house technology leadership as well as consulting roles giving him deep insights into the challenges facing transformative IT businesses today. Prior to joining Commonwealth Bank, he was Vice President of Enterprise Systems at BP in the United Kingdom. He is a former Accenture partner with extensive SAP experience. He is married with two children.

Matthew Peterson Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Delphi Matthew Peterson is senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO), effective Feb. 2, 2015. Based in Troy, Michigan, Mr. Peterson joined Delphi from Deloitte Consulting, LLP, where he was a director in the Consumer and Industrial Products and Technology Strategy and Architecture practices. Mr. Peterson began his career as a consultant with Ernst & Young, and then became senior principal consultant at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. In 1999, he was hired by Neusoft Technologies as COO, secretary and treasurer. In 2000, he joined JohnsonDiversey, where he held a number of positions in information technology before becoming vice president and CIO in 2005. In 2009, Mr. Peterson was named CIO at TRW, a role he had until joining Deloitte Consulting in 2013. Mr. Peterson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Hanna Hennig Managing Director, Member of the Board E.ON Business Services

Hanna Hennig is member of the Board of the E.ON Business Services (EBS) Ltd. EBS is the shared service company of the E.ON group providing HR, Finance and IT services to its 65 000 employees worldwide. As member of board, Hanna Hennig drives the development of an integrated EBS group. At the same time, Hanna Hennig leads a team of professionals in house and outsourced which deliver high quality Shared IT services to the E.ON group. This includes group wide used application and IT infrastructure services. Her current focus is the cloudification and modernisation of the Shared IT services, be it in the SAAS, IAAS, PAAS and SAP Hana area. Also, her team is about to complete the setup of the IT security competence centre and the cyber security defense centre supporting securing business assets and operations in the light of smart grid, virtual power plant and smart meter roll out. All focus areas are very much driven by the current split of the E.ON company which Hanna´s team is responsible for. Before joining the EBS board in 2013, Hanna Hennig held several IT leadership positions at E.ON. With transformational programs and a new application strategy Hanna Hennig laid the ground work for moving the IT function into a “digital utility” enabler. Prior to E.ON, Hanna Hennig has worked many years in the Telco industry. Between 1999-2008, she was leading several IT functions at the Telefonica O2 group, delivering IT driven business transformation like shared service centres etc. Hanna Hennig started her 20 years IT career at the automotive and consulting industry. With Cap Gemini US and Germany, she has consulted several blue chip companies in the SAP area. Hanna Hennig holds a Diploma in Economics from the University of Hanover where she also studied the Japanese language and culture. Hanna Hennig is member of the Que Lab, the advisory board for the IT department of the Innsbruck University.

Reynaldo Reyna Executive Vice President Global Services Grupo Bimbo

Reynaldo Reyna is Executive Vice President of Grupo Bimbo with global responsibility for information technology, procurement, shared services, real estate, business intelligence and strategic services. Mr. Reyna joined Grupo Bimbo in 2001 during his tenure with the firm, he has held a variety of positions including Head of Corporate Office and President of Bimbo Bakeries USA. Mr. Reyna's experience comes from 20 years in the financial service industry in the U.S., where he worked for Norwest Banks, Berkshire Hathaway and in Mexico he worked for Grupo Financiero Bancomer and Grupo Financiero Serfin. He held various executive positions as head of Consumer Banking, Operations and CFO in this industry, implementing business change. Mr. Reyna received a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Tec de Monterrey in Mexico and a Masters in Operations Research and Finance from Wharton University.

Olaf Pietschner Chief Information Officer Origin Energy

Olaf Pietschner is Chief Information Officer for Origin Energy and leads the team responsible for delivering a transformational technology environment for the business. Origin Energy is Australia’s leading integrated energy company with diverse operations spanning the energy supply chain; from gas exploration and production to power generation and energy retailing. Olaf joined Origin in March 2009 as CIO to implement the transformational strategy and new enterprise-wide technology function. His experience includes systems deployment and organizational change in Europe, Asia and the United States. Immediately prior to joining Origin, Olaf held a range of executive roles at News Corporation. Olaf holds a Bachelor of Business degree and post graduate studies include ongoing work with MIT in leveraging technology for business value. He is a member of a number of Technology Advisory Boards which bring leading CIOs from around the world together.

Deborah Kerr Chief Product and Technology Officer Sabre Holdings

Deborah Kerr leads the Product & Technology organization for Sabre, a leading technology company serving the world’s largest industry – travel and tourism. As chief product and technology officer, she oversees innovation, research and development, information technology, operations and delivery of solutions and services for airlines, hotels, travel agencies, corporations and travelers primarily through its development centers in Southlake, Bangalore, and Krakow. Deborah’s depth and breadth of technology experience, proven global leadership and ability to innovate, build, deliver and commercialize enterprise software and services solutions makes her perfect for this role. She has a demonstrated track record of building software products that improve companies’ top and bottom lines, as well as the ability to scale a business from hundreds to thousands of employees in both enterprise and consumer. She has spent most of her career building products and solutions and providing services for high-transaction, high-volume businesses – a good match for Sabre, one of the world’s largest transaction companies in the world. Prior to joining Sabre in March 2013, Deborah was most recently executive vice president and chief product and technology officer for FICO, a leading provider of analytics and decision management technology. Her career includes four years with HP as chief technology officer for HP Enterprise Services and also vice president of business technology optimization products at HP Software. She also served as senior vice president for product delivery for Peregrine Systems before they were acquired by HP. Deborah began her career with NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Deborah is a board member of DH Corporation and EXL Service Holdings, and sits on the audit and compensation committees for both companies. Before taking over the EMEA role in August 2012; Hughes led the UK’s Public Sector business, which brought together the company’s UK government business, aligning it to the emerging government IT strategy. At the same time, he was Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Account, where he was responsible for the delivery of the entire portfolio of services and products into that government department. Prior to August 2012, he was the Managing Director for the Services business in France and before his posting to France, Hughes was Vice President of Applications Services in EMEA where he simplified the organisation to deliver to the existing applications operating model of vertical industries and horizontal capabilities. In those roles he delivered leading-edge products and services, grew the business by winning more than $9b in new contracts, increased client satisfaction and considerably improved operations through the implementation of state-of-the-art global delivery models. In each case, significant global transformation programs were central to the success of the business. Before joining HP, Krauss was vice president and CIO for the New York Power Authority, the largest non-federal utility in the U.S. He was accountable for all aspects of strategy, IT and special programs. Krauss had served as division CIO for Westinghouse Electric Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. He has had experience working in government classified environments and was an advisor to NASA’s Space Shuttle Program. During his career Krauss has gained a range of experience with strategy, business transformation and acquisitions/divestitures. His deep exposure to industries such as automotive, energy, manufacturing and aerospace, combined with working on ‘both sides of the table’ give him a unique perspective on technology and process-driven change.

Chris Moyer is the Chief Technology Officer for the business group and leads the Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Mobility and Workplace practice. As the CTO, he is responsible for setting technical direction for HPE and its portfolio of services. As the leader of the Mobility and Workplace Practice, he is responsible to establish the services portfolio HPE clients use as the window into their information - whether in an office or on the road. Moyer and the CTO organization focus on helping clients effectively use technology. Moyer leads a trusted group of technical advisors in regions and accounts, providing technology roadmaps, applying innovation and governing solutions that deliver business outcomes for clients. The Mobility and Workplace Solutions Practice lead the solution development for end-user computing, messaging, collaboration, enterprise mobility solutions and mobile applications. Supporting over 500 different clients and 6 million devices, the Practice provides CIOs with secure delivery of information assets to their organizations and customers. Moyer has spent more than 25 years building business and technology solutions for HPE clients in several industries across multiple geographies. Moyer is an HPE Fellow who has held leadership positions in sales, delivery and strategy. Most recently, he was chief technologist for Portfolio Research and Development, where his team was focused on incubating new service offerings and leveraging intellectual property from HP Labs. Moyer joined EDS in 1985 and worked in the United States, Japan and Europe. Before joining EDS, he was a network analyst with Marathon Oil Company in Findlay, Ohio. Moyer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Mahesh Shah Vice President and General Manager Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures Practice Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Mahesh Shah is the Vice President and General Manager of the Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures Practice for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The practice focuses on providing technical services required to enable the integration or separation of an IT function, as part of an acquisition or divestiture. Previously, Mahesh was the Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Enterprise Services and Software for Hewlett-Packard. He led the charter to drive digital business transformation for these two businesses totaling $25 billion in revenue. Mahesh was also responsible for the oversight of splitting the IT for HP, into two distinct Fortune 50 companies. Over the course of his 15 years at HP, he was involved in the execution over 30 acquisitions and divestitures as an IT leader. Throughout his career with Hewlett-Packard, Mahesh has held a number of executive positions with roles spanning strategy, application development, infrastructure, security services and IT operations. Mahesh has frequently represented Hewlett Packard Enterprise in speaking engagements focused on digital transformation, automation of IT operations, and acquisitions and divestitures, with some of his work being highlighted in Information Week. Mahesh lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and serves as a member on the board of advisors for several startups including Home Optima, Blutera and Q2E. Larry Stack Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Enterprise Services Hewlett Packard Enterprise

Larry Stack is senior vice president of Global Sales, Enterprise Service for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In this role, he oversees the Global Sales organization and works jointly with the regions and delivery teams within the Enterprise Services group to drive improved client services and sales. Larry held the same role at HP, prior to the company’s separation into two companies – Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. Larry joined HP from Accenture, where he was a senior managing director, responsible for global sales in Accenture’s Health and Public Service Operating Group. In this role, he led a transformation that included significant increase in the overall win rate, exceeding sales targets, surpassing contract margin targets, and leading Accenture business groups in several core sales metrics. Prior to Accenture, Larry was a vice president for major pursuits in the Enterprise Services business at HP, and he spent five years at Fujitsu leading the North American Communications and Government operations. Before Fujitsu, Larry held several key U.S. federal government positions, including serving in the United States Air Force, serving in the White House Situation Room under the Reagan and Bush Administration. Larry also served as the Chief of Field Operations for the United Nations in Angola and Negotiator in Bosnia, where he assisted in efforts to implement various peace accords. Larry holds a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland.

Jan Zadak assumed the leadership role as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Services EMEA from November 1, 2015. Jan’s focus is on growth, excellence in delivery, and building long-lasting client relationships across EMEA for Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services. Previously Jan was President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, for HP Enterprise Services (ES), where he was responsible for business development with some of the business unit’s largest clients. Zadak lead a client-focused team delivering the combined power of HP’s portfolio and people to solve their biggest IT challenges. He also led HP’s participation in selected worldwide strategic deals. Most recently Jan Zadak was also leading the separation of Hewlett Packard Enterprise into a separate company across EMEA region. Throughout his career, Zadak has been a leader in the development and implementation of HP's solution-selling capability, previously also as Executive Vice President of HP Global Sales. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President Enterprise Business and managing director for HP EMEA. Under his leadership, this region delivered consistent growth. Zadak also chaired the regional leadership team responsible for the company strategy across EMEA. Zadak joined HP via the acquisition of Compaq Computer in 2002, where he held several senior management roles in EMEA's emerging markets, including Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. A native of the Czech Republic, Zadak graduated from the Czech Technical University of Prague, Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1988. He completed a one-year PhD study program at the University Erlangen-Nuernberg in Germany in 1991, and earned a PhD from his alma mater, the Czech Technical University, in 1992.

Michel Ruijterman is the Senior Director Online IT for Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall & Gall, all part of Royal Ahold NV. Ahold is an international retailer holding leading market positions in the Netherlands and regional geographies of the US, with brands such as Albert Heijn, Albert Heijn Online, Peapod, bol.com, Giant and Stop & Shop. Michel joined the firm in April 2013, following previous roles with KLM, Alitalia and Air France which have included VP IM Commercial, VP IM Ground Services and VP E-services program. Michel holds degrees in Business Administration (MBA, Erasmus Rotterdam School of Management, 2002) and in Computer Science (MSc, Delft University of Technology, 1996). He graduated in the application of neural networks in the early detection of heart attacks and breast cancer. Next to this, he studied Psychology (Leiden University, 1994) for 2 years. Ahold has a deep relationship with HP which started initially with EDS, the scope of services includes applications management, hosting and other infrastructure services.

Bert Pluimers Senior Director Cloud Productivity, EMEA Microsoft

Bert Pluimers manages Microsoft’s Cloud Productivity business for Europe, Middle East and Africa. His teams assist enterprise customers in becoming more productive through the use of cloud solutions like Office 365, Yammer, Skype for Business, CRM Online and Project Online. Bert joined Microsoft in 2005 in the Enterprise business in the Netherlands. He was responsible for Microsoft’s business with the top 100 customers in the Netherlands, as well as the relationships with Microsoft’s Enterprise business partners. In his role as Enterprise lead Bert was leading Microsoft’s transformation to the cloud by signing some of the first large Cloud Productivity contracts for Microsoft worldwide. As a member of the leadership team in the Netherlands he implemented The New World of Work. This implementation quickly became known as a leading example of transforming a company through cloud technology. Before joining Microsoft he worked for a systems integrator in the Netherlands as the Director of their ERP and CRM practices. He was responsible for the teams that implemented Siebel, SAP and Microsoft Business Solutions applications. Bert lives near Amsterdam with his wife and their three sons. He is crazy about sailing and loves to create apps that help him sail fast and win races. Bert holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
