HEXPOL awarded John Maxwell Co.’s First Annual INFLUENCE Award at the 2017 Partner Forum Atlanta, GA - The 2017 Partner Forum is an invitation- only event hosted by The John Maxwell Company, Corporate Solutions Division. This event is designed to add value to business executives’ intent on building a leadership culture within their organizations. This event consisted of a full-day of learning, sharing best practices, growing and networking with leadership experts and fellow top executives. The overall experience was highlighted with a private keynote from Dr. John C. Maxwell, Co- founder John Maxwell Company, leadership expert and author, that touched on layered learning and his new book “No Limits”. Glenn Jackson, Jackson Spaulding, provided a great lesson on healthy culture and communication with a great take away of doing the unexpected “DTU”. The Business Executive Panel for 2017 was facilitated by Corry Baker, The John Maxell Company, with speakers Rich Menzel, North Star BlueScope Steel, Daryl Holley, Coca-Cola and TJ Hammond, Chick-fil-A. The panel focused on discussing current issues organizations are facing in today’s marketplace including culture, hiring, training and focusing on people development. There are so many amazing people in our organization actively seeking to influence others in a positive manner. It is wonderful that awards such as this exist to shine the light on some of those efforts.
