Xiamen, Explore China★ Hey Amoy is a project related to cultural

exploration and protection.You will go to different culture places, local communities and public welfare activities, to experience the real China and the beautiful Xiamen.

★ At the same time, You will share with the Chinese youth how to protect culture. Through such a way of making social impact, to let more people know of minority traditional culture, wake up the culture inheritance and protection.

♥ Xiamen is a well-known tourist port city in the Southeast coast of China. It is one of the Cleanest Cities of China, the Garden Cities of China, the National Environmental Protection Model Cities, and the best sightseeing cities in China.

♥ Not only being wealthy with travel resources, Xiamen has also temperate weather, fast and convenient transport and communication, and complete travel establishments.

♥ All makes Xiamen one of the most suitable cities for investors and tourists in China.

Go to opera studies center to learn articwith kids and local university volunteers. From the drama, figure, props, musical instruments and other aspects of learning experience. After this part of the experience, need to be a small show rehearsal.

Communicate with local community residents, experience the local people's way of life, like food festival.

Participate in different traditional culture activities such as Chinese paper-cuting, Kongfu like five ancestor boxing, pottery to learn Chinese culture and arouse people's awareness of protection.

Face to face with local college students to share your culture and experience in China, Share your views and ideas on the protection of traditional cultural heritage.

Share your culture to the local people, through the exhibition you national characteristics, family name clothing, food, culture, construction etc.

Participate in public welfare activities organized by local organizations. At the same time, the above-mentioned cultural experience of the activities, the majority of the activities need to record video cargo video.

(Global Citizen Development Summit )GCDS hold by MoC. All the exchange participants from different countries or areas will go to a place to attend a conference. You have to participate in GCDs for three days(Time between 10th July-14th July). The delegate fee cost 300RMB. You will meet more than 300 EP in the conference and know more about the AIESEC in mainland of China.

Buddy（Volunteers from local college）❋ Buddy will participant in the whole project

with EP. To help the EPs easier to adapt Chinese life.

❋ Meanwhile , buddy could be a translator , to help EPs communication with local people.

❋ Every activities must to have buddy come with EP, and every EP here have their private buddy.

In Explore China activities, apart from introducing about my country to many foreigners, we can learn a lot of things to improve knowledge about the biggest country in the world. EPs were given chance to get a new look about Chinese culture through foods, or Spring festival’s activities such as decorating house, setting off firecracker, making paper-cutting, flying sky lantern … and especially many places of scenic beauty, those before just can be acknowledged through televisions, films or newspapers... After completing all tasks at school with full of enthusiasm and passion, such relaxing and comfortable rest was a precious gift for all of us. Above all, the most precious things are our friendship between buddy, OC and EPs has chance to get closer and closer.

I can’t sell China as being a perfect experience, free of worries. But, if you want an adventure and a chance to change your mind about the world’s biggest, oldest and possibly the most powerful nation on Earth, I highly recommend going yourself.Those 35 days in Xiamen of my life have been truly challenging and made my life more meaningful & made me more stronger. Helping and building dreams of those kids during summer camps, Telling Chinese people about my culture. Building relationship with Chinese and Taiwanese friends and so much. Going Helens, Phobe, Zhongshan Road, Xiamen Beaches. Much More. Talk about Food, Amazing Milk Tea, Beef noodles, Beef rice. Never ended noodles and rice… This allowed me to become more culturally aware and accepting of other people.
