HGS UK Makes Notable Presence at the European Call Centre Awards

HGS danglers and banners added visibility to the brand at the European Call Centre& Customer Service Awards

HGS UK made a notable splash at this year’s European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards. As hosts of the VIP Reception at the awards held in the Hilton Park Lane on October 2, 2013,representatives of HGS UK welcomed over 700 customer service practitioners from across the industry.The evening was a spectacular celebration of achievements by top-performers in customer managementacross UK and Europe.

HGS UK were nominated for two categories at this year’s awards ceremony, namely, ‘Best Small ContactCentre’, for the Customer Engagement Centre run on behalf of Unilever Europe, and ‘Best CustomerService Professional for Billy Dent, an associate on the QFS campaign at the Selkirk centre. Billy baggedthe silver medal along with a special commendation from the panel of judges who were impressed “with thedegree of positivity and professionalism he brought to the work place.”
